Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders are processed and shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
For all shipments within the U.S., buyer is given the option of USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Direct signature is highly suggested. If you request no signature, Ten Tomorrow is not responsible in case of theft.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Items purchased from Ten Tomorrow are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 21 days from the ship date. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in any original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered. After 21 days, all sales are FINAL. Refunds exclude shipping prices. No price adjustments. Thank you for understanding.

How Do I Return an Item?
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Ten Tomorrow. All domestic orders ship with a PREPAID return mailing label. If you are shipping from other countries (other than US), you must pay for return shipping via UPS or Fed Ex. To ship an item back to Ten Tomorrow please:
1) Email a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning an item. Please include in the email your purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned/exchanged and the reason.
2) For exchanges: please indicate the desired style/size in your return request email. We will notify you if the item requested is no longer available.
3) Upon receipt of an email with your return authorization number and PREPAID return shipping label from Ten Tomorrow, pack and securely seal the merchandise in the in a USPS Priority bag/box and mark your return authorization number on the outside of the package.

All products must be unused, undamaged with all tags and accessories to ensure full credit. We will email you upon receipt of your return and then generate your refund, credit or exchange. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
